I completely concur, Rob.   Even after only 15 minutes of cursory glances, I 
told Geraldine that I'd never seen so many errors in just the cameras.   If 
there is the same problem in the images (of which I know nothing and hence can't 
judge) Jack will be furious ... and, I expect, loose a good deal of money. 
Very sad.
