[W&B] Horsman # 3 Eclipse 4.5 or 4.25 inch by 6.5 inch ?

Hmmmm, in case folks missed it the first time I posted, I *did* measure a
plate holder from my Eclipse #3 outfit, and it's indeed for 4 1/4 x 6 1/2.
