Milan, I got home a couple of days ago and looked at the panoram. The
problem I had replacing the bellows is that I could not get the brass lens ring off,
the one that the bellows is tucked under. In process of trying to get it off
I chewed up the brass a lot and it looks bad, though the lens is undamaged.
I may also have gotten the vertical pin that the swinging mechanism is
attached to out of alignment. If you would like to take a crack at it, I'm willing
to send it to you, and pay for return postage if you decide not to repair it.
Let me know, and whether the price is different based on its condition. I
won't sue.
By the way, nice photos of the brass wide angle lenses in the current View
Camera. I'm currently building a camera with a 5 X 7 Extreme WA, and was very
interested in the article.
