Doh!  Well, yes, of course, I knew that already!  However...

Now THAT was what I was asking about.  I was curious if there was a way to
precisely date the Darlot, but I suppose not, given it's unchanging
design.

Regarding the Sinclair, it might be my favorite of all the GG viewers I
have.  Here's a picture of mine, complete with its original tube case:

A very nice piece, and quite distinctive compared to other GG viewers.
Sinclair had style!  My example is marked slightly differently than yours.
It has:

 James A. Sinclair & Co., Ltd.
 9-10 Charing Cross
 London, S.W.1.

I'm not that savvy on the British makers, so I don't know if there's any
significance to such changes in markings.  Anybody, is this perhaps a way
to identify a date range?
