[W&B] another loupe for Milan

Cool.  Is this a special interest for Milan?  I have seven or eight of
these, all nice little brassies, and I wasn't aware too many other people
cared about old loupes.  The Darlot noted on eBay is sweet.  I have a very
similar one, but no idea of the vintage.  Any ideas?
