[W&B] Photo Identification Help

Ben,
I don't think it the same person. Four reasons:
1 Ears don't match,
2 Nose doesn't match,
3 Cheek bone dosen't match
4 To grow that bald that quickly (10-15 years at most) is unlikely.\
What's the rest of the story?
