[W&B] Misfit flange collections . . .

Steve,
 
In dealings with other lens collectors, I've given up trying to match flange
to lens via precise measurements, it never works.
 
Now, I ask that the lens be sent to me and I'll see if anything spins on, or
can be fitted.
 
My only charge for this service is that if the flange fits, I get to keep
the lens. 
 
I keep hoping that Bernard will send me one of his Chevalier lenses for a
fitting . . .

Yes, Milan, I agree that good machinists are just like good women (though
those are not necessarily all old).
  Some day we should get a chance to compare our mutual large misfit flange
collections--might even be able to find an elusive fit or two.
