Bruce weighs about 170.  Assume 2 gallons for taxi (a little high  
maybe).  So we have 116 gallons  x 5.82 = 675.  170+675= 845.

Useful load = 825.  So over gross = 20 pounds.  At a fuel flow of .33  
gal/min = 6.6 minutes.

I don't advocated going over gross, but for 6 minutes...?  Obviously,  
he should not fill up to the top.
