Kevin,

I called my friend, and he said the AP told him it was a prop strike.?
Should he still consider it?

Well--was the tear down due to a prop strike????
If he tore it down and put new cylinders on--why didn't he just OH
it????
If it was OH--Log books would not matter to me since it has new
cylinders?
but if its just a tear down---you sort of need to know the times--I
would tend to shy away fom it?
Kevin?
